Project scope, responsibilities, timelines, access to information and commercial terms are agreed in the relevant project documents.
Roles and responsibilities
Each licensed site and participating organization remains responsible for the activities assigned to it under applicable law and the agreed project documents. HUAHE takes responsibility for project management, stage deliverables and delivery within the agreed scope. This does not replace independent quality oversight or the statutory responsibilities of manufacturers, marketing authorization holders, sponsors or clinical institutions.
Qualification and certification status
Verified qualification details identify the holder, site, authorized scope, and validity period. The applicable scope is confirmed for each project.
Evidence and publication context
Workflow diagrams and other visuals present a general operating context. They do not establish a contractual deliverable, regulatory status or project commitment. Project-specific records, data and client references are published only with the required authorization.
External capabilities and collaboration
HUAHE may work with external specialists and organizations through project-specific roles. References to collaborators do not imply ownership, exclusivity, or guaranteed availability.
