HUAHE is an integrated project delivery platform for radiopharmaceutical development and industrialization, built on therapeutic radionuclide supply and project delivery capabilities.

We connect early-stage research, process and analytical development, technology transfer, and manufacturing integration for clinical and commercial supply. We take responsibility for project management, stage deliverables and delivery within the agreed scope. Shanghai serves as the hub for client engagement; Qinshan supports technology development, facility operations and project execution.

A cross-functional team focused on delivery

Following project authorization, a designated project lead directs cross-functional execution. Full-time scientific, technical, quality and project management functions have defined responsibilities for study design, technical execution, independent quality oversight, and scope, schedule and risk management. One project lead, one Project Master Plan and one Delivery Evidence Chain support client communication, change control and delivery confirmation.
